Lom Paa (Dry Turnip Leaves)
* a bunch of Lom (dried turnip leaves)
* 1 onion (sliced)
* 1 tomato (sliced)
* 2 dried chilies
* 2 cloves of garlic
* a piece of ginger
* 1 1/2 tbsp of oil
Soak the Lom in warm water for about 10 minutes and then wash thoroughly. Cook with the onion, tomato, salt and oil for about 15-20 minutes. As the Lom becomes tender, add the chillies, garlic and ginger. Cook further until the water evaporates. Mix well and the dish is ready to be served.
