Recipe: Jasha Maroo (Bhutanese chicken stew)

Ingredients:

1 chicken

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion (sliced)

1 tomato (chopped)

3 green chillies (diced)

ginger and garlic (crushed)

Salt

Preparation:

Cut the chicken into small pieces, place it in a saucepan and add water, enough to cover. Add the tomato slices and 2 tbsp oil and bring to boil. When it starts to boil, add the ginger and garlic with salt, lower the heat slightly and cook until it is done.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
